Principais atividades:

• Developing and tuning a rigorous sourcing strategy to identify top software development experts and create a stable pipeline of high-quality global talent
• Identifying, reaching out, and attracting relevant professionals to drive the strategic growth of Toptal’s technical talent community by collaborating with the Matching and Screening teams
• Monitoring and maintaining a consistent pipeline of candidates
• Working with the Talent Acquisition Lead to grow sourcing operations, develop and implement process playbooks, and meet KPIs for efficient and scalable operations
• Using cutting-edge tools to supercharge sourcing efforts
• Onboarding and integrating into Toptal, including role-specific training on procedures and tools
• Identifying opportunities to penetrate the global market for specific sourcing requests
• Outlining the global talent sourcing strategy and testing assumptions through candidate pipeline creation
• Building and refining a sourcing strategy by testing, capturing, and analyzing results to implement data-driven improvements
• Establishing and maintaining a stable candidate pipeline that yields high-revenue candidates who pass the screening process and transition into client engagements
• Continuing to fine-tune the sourcing strategy and deliver results through identification of top global talent
• Collaborating with a team of professionals to run sourcing efforts while exercising discretion and independent judgment
• Fully owning and being seen as the expert over all global sourcing management

Requisitos:

• Bachelor’s degree is required
• At least 4 years of experience sourcing or recruiting global technical talent with a proven track record of success
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, with experience using its advanced features for candidate research, outreach, and pipeline management
• Thorough understanding of the global talent pool and global sourcing strategies
• Unparalleled eye for talent and strong understanding of the differences in knowledge and expertise between highly skilled developers and average talent
• Ability to proactively find and assess meetup groups, attend events, and naturally network
• Ability and drive to identify opportunities to present at developer meetups
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with perfect grammar and command of the English language
• Ability to work under pressure, adhere to tight deadlines, and never sacrifice quality
• Ability to communicate clearly and constantly with teams via Slack and other collaboration tools
• Remote work experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company and handle a wide variety of challenges, deadlines, and a diverse array of contacts
• Must be a world-class individual contributor
